Love the glugging gremlin in the sink, lol!
I can imagine how your mum felt at this. I think some people do not have any manners and do not know how to be kind.. Hope she has learned to be better with families?
The nursery teacher told me my son David was average, nothing special. Although I didn't say anything to her as I was in shock, have never forgotten the two words 'nothing special'. He is special to me as you are special to your mum. I am glad your mum was on full form to show the teacher she was unhappy with what she said.

Thank you Renee, David is special. Your mum is special and your daughter is special. You have such a wonderful family. Hope your daughter found good support at school?
I feel really blessed with my family. Firstly for being able to have children, secondly they were all born healthy, David did come early. God told me he would when I was around four months pregnant. He said "This baby is going to come early, but do not worry ever thing is going to be OK" I was given this while walking to the shops. I told my friend Lucy to verify. Then forgotten until he came 5 1/2 weeks early. When I went into labour he was down as 3 1/2 weeks early until he was born and his lungs were not as developed and colasped twice. The doctors told me the dates were wrong and he his 5 1/2 weeks early.
He spent a week in special unit a few weeks very yellow, then Ok.
I will place a photo of David on my blog, he was so cute.......... Still his and he knows it,lol!
Matthew my eldest is left handed out of the six.
Can tell I talk alot,lol!

Most people know that all of the pictures I use are not my work. I do the writing, not the artwork.

But thanks for liking the pictures.

LOL! Very cool, thanks for the clarification. I probably would've known that if I spent more time reading and less time skimming blogs! With all the blog hopping during this OWOH giveaway I've resorted to quickly scanning the blogs, LOL! My bad! :) I don't know what happened to your second comment. I tried to publish it, but it got lost somehow.

YOU ARE wonderful for surrounding yourself with love & light! Art really helped me nurture my wounds after losing an uncle to pancreatic cancer... and helped restore passion after discovering my aunt had breast cancer...

I am so sorry to hear about your struggle! I have a friend who recently went through the same thing. She is well now and doing great! She also has a husband and three children along with sisters, who do not have breast cancer. They do carry the gene though. I am sure that you will be ok. I don't know if you are a religious person or not. But I will pray for you and your family through this hard time. Your art is just wonderful. You are VERY talented! Each piece has it's own unique message. I really enjoy it. Thank you for stopping by my blog.
